UPDATE: ZBA hearing rescheduled to June 19, 2PM.
As expected, the applicant requested a continuance to a future date for the hearing. A new date was not selected/chosen at the hearing.
The Central Delaware Advocacy Group (CDAG) has voted to oppose the application. Below is the letter CDAG sent in opposition of the gas pumps.
We will of course monitor closely and let everyone know as soon as a new date is published.
The CDAG APRIL meeting is next Thursday. CDAG meetings are open to the public and we welcome your participation.

A key nonprofit is looking at encouraging the expansion of transit options along the Delaware River.
With increased residential development and seasonal attractions like Spruce Street Harbor Park, the Delaware River waterfront is becoming more of a destination. So the Delaware River Waterfront Corporation is looking at non-automotive ways to get more people to and from the riverfront.
